My greatest pleasure in life is to be a guide in helping people discover their secret sauce by waking up from living on auto-pilot, identifying what they need to live their best lives, and living fully and joyfully every day. I also love to bake and am known for my cookies and other sweet treats. So it is only natural for me to describe my work as helping others ” bake joy into their lives”.
I do this in two ways. First, I work with clients one-on-one as a life coach. I do this in person for those who live in the Southern Utah area or by phone or Skype for those in other areas. I offer both Coaching Packages as well as the A La Carte option where you can select the area of focus and schedule that works best for you.
The other area of my work is to deliver workshops and motivational talks to businesses and organizations. For a sample I have short videos you can watch. I have developed a creative and interactive workshop, The Recipe for Joy, which is a perfect fit for staff retreats and meetings focusing on personal growth and life fulfillment. Check out this workshop by viewing the 2-minute promotional video.
Another option is my inspirational talk, Life’s Secret Sauce. This is a 45-60 minute talk that is perfect for a keynote or breakout session. I share my personal story of dealing with a breast cancer scare and how I used that experience to find my secret sauce by focusing on adding more joy to my life. Audience members are encouraged to identify what they can do to create their own recipe for joy. You can sample this talk by viewing a short clip of this presentation as a guest presenter at Red Mountain Resort.

We all know that not everyone is a good public speaker. Moreover, we know it isn’t easy. But I am very comfortable declaring Cindy Clemens an especially-talented speaker and presenter. She works hard, I know, but really, she makes presenting, and the concepts she presents, seem so easy. Yet, it is obvious, too, that Cindy employs a strategic psychology to the preparation of her messages. All of her presentations are remarkably organized, in that, one principle, cleverly leads to another. She brings a group to a level of comfort by showing her realness, if you will, at the onset, and laying out for us what she promises to share–and every time, somehow, she finishes with her last intended point, right on time–and while we still somehow had plenty of spontaneous sharing and discussion time, too. Getting what we expected, and then some. What a refreshing concept, eh?

I have known Cindy Clemens for eight years. I met her through the Business and Professional Women’s Group and was impressed with the practical, life strategy talks she presented at the lunch meetings. Given her focus on providing practical tools combined with her authenticity and passion for her work, she was an ideal fit for the team building needs of The Learning Center for Families. I have hired Cindy numerous times to present workshops for the off-site employee retreats as well as for management staff training programs. Cindy never fails to motivate the staff with tools and strategies for setting and reaching personal and professional goals.
